Refund policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Certain products (like activity sheets, art supplies, or personalized items) may not be returnable due to their nature.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
  • Order cancellation is not possible once the product has been dispatched.
  • In cases where a customer does not respond to calls from the delivery partner or refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, resulting in cancellation or return of the shipment, any applicable refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges and payment gateway platform fees.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
