1. General

PebblePlay provides Montessori-inspired learning kits, toys, and educational resources for children aged 0–6 years.

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are 18+ and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment via our integrated payment gateways (Razorpay).
  • PebblePlay reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, technical errors, or suspicious activity.

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Razorpay). By using these services, you also agree to their Terms & Conditions.
  • We do not store credit/debit card details on our servers.
  • Any convenience fee charged for transactions will be borne by the customer. PebblePlay assumes no liability for payment delays or gateway errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Logistics are managed through trusted partners (Shiprocket).
  • Standard shipping timelines are shown at checkout; delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses. PebblePlay will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
  • PebblePlay ensures your order is shipped safely and in compliance with courier and government regulations.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Certain products (e.g., activity sheets, art supplies, or personalized items) may be non-returnable due to their nature.
  • Order cancellation is not possible once the product has been dispatched.
  • In cases where a customer does not respond to calls from the delivery partner or refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, resulting in cancellation or return of the shipment, any applicable refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges and payment gateway platform fees.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, text, graphics, images, logos, and kits—is the intellectual property of MTB Retail Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Any misuse of our website—including providing false information, attempting fraudulent transactions, or engaging in unauthorized reselling of PebblePlay products—may result in cancellation of your order, termination of service, and may also attract legal consequences as per applicable laws.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • PebblePlay products are designed as educational resources. Parents/guardians must supervise children during use.
  • PebblePlay is not responsible for any misuse of products.
  • Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted access. Our liability in aggregate is limited to the order value.

9. Indemnity

By using our services, you agree to indemnify PebblePlay, its affiliates, partners, and employees against any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse, violation of terms, or third-party claims.

10. Modifications

PebblePlay may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or related to the use of PebblePlay services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
